HAP’s HMO, PPO and EPO plans have multiple copay, coinsurance and deductible options. Additionally, HAP offers consumer driven health plans (CDHPs) that give you and your employees more flexibility and options.

We offer several established coverage options to choose for businesses with with 50 or less eligible employees.
