Get to know your personal service coordinator.
To make sure our relationship gets off to a healthy start, we assign you a personal service coordinator for the first two years of your membership. His/her job is to get to know you and answer any questions, find solutions for you and guide you along the way. During your first 30 days as a HAP member, your personal service coordinator will contact you to make sure you have received your benefit information and happily answer any questions you may have at that time.
Note: If you are transitioning to Medicare as a previous HAP member, you may not be assigned a personal service coordinator.
